It’s been a while since I’ve done a This Has Pin-tential! And let me tell you, this one is awesome You can find the recipe and post over at Sweet Pea’s Kitchen.
The supply list is super short:
- 7 graham crackers, crushed fine
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 12 marshmallows, cut in half
- 4 Hershey bars, (2 broken into rectangles)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and powdered sugar. Spoon into a lightly greased mini muffin pan. Press into each cup to form the crust. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Top each with a rectangle of chocolate and half of a marshmallow. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until slightly melted and puffed. Cool for 15 minutes in pan then place on rack to cool completely.
Melt remaining two chocolate bars in microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Dip tops of marshmallows in melted chocolate and allow to set until firm. Oh My Yum!
Now for our alternate version: Replace the chocolate rectangles between the crust and marshmallow with a miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup! Then continue on with the original recipe.
So go out and make some today!!
